PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICES, DIVERSITY AND ACADEMIC ARTIVISM

This line of research aims to analyze transversally pedagogical practices and more specifically, dialogical processes that converge towards the co-construction of knowledge, through contextualized acts, engaged in real problems of students and teachers. We seek the foundations for academic activism co-constructed within a non-normative school culture, necessary for the empowerment of all actors. Among the educational issues addressed in these curriculum acts are necessarily approaches to the inclusion of sexual and gender diversity. It is necessary to look at the pedagogical practices that deconstruct heteronormative standards that lead to cultural discontinuity in the face of the common matrix of the school, in a disruptive vision, promoting pedagogical innovation.
